How we handle the campaign numbers
The campaign is in preparation. We explain the proposed €30,000 goal, the planned allocation and the difference between planned and confirmed figures.
ETUNIM is preparing a crowdfunding campaign. It is not active yet, has no launch date and this website does not accept payments. We are publishing the plan before the campaign so that anyone can examine it from the start.
Planned is not the same as confirmed
On the transparency dashboard we separate three situations:
- Planned: a planning figure, not yet spent.
- Confirmed: a verified, published record.
- Unavailable: no data has been published, which does not mean the figure is zero.
That way, an estimate is never presented as a fact.
The planned allocation
The proposed initial goal is €30,000. It is a planning figure, not an amount raised. The preliminary plan is as follows:
| Category | Planned amount | Share |
|---|---|---|
| Software development | €9,000 | 30% |
| Team | €7,500 | 25% |
| Artificial intelligence tools | €4,500 | 15% |
| Research | €3,000 | 10% |
| Infrastructure | €3,000 | 10% |
| Campaign and contingency | €3,000 | 10% |
This allocation may be revised before launch. Any change will be reflected on the campaign pages.
What is not defined yet
There are things we cannot state yet, and we would rather say so:
- the launch date;
- the final platform, among the planned options (Indiegogo and GoFundMe);
- rewards or benefits, which do not exist at this stage.
What we will publish
When the campaign moves forward, verified funds and expenses will be published on the dashboard, along with public reports. For privacy reasons, supporters’ names, bank details and personal documents will not be published.
